On Saturday, September 9th, HIRONIC hosted a special event for its clinical advising partners. The event took place at the Jupiter Hall of the COEX Intercontinental Hotel. An exquisite dinner was followed by two lectures on HIRONIC’s main products, V-RO™ (Export name: New DOUBLO™), and PICOHI™.
Gee Bum Kim, MD, a member of the Korean Association for Laser, Dermatology & Trichology (KALDAT) and HIRONIC’s KOL, prepared a lecture on the application of V-RO™ (Export name: New DOUBLO™) for pigmentation and enlarged pores treatment. Enriched by findings from different clinical studies and results from Dr. Kim’s own practice, this new research stream into the therapeutic effects of micro-focused ultrasound and RF treatments has been evaluated as very promising.
The lecture was followed by the exciting announcement of the launch of V-RO 2.0 (Export name: New DOUBLO 2.0™). This brand-new device is capable of providing highly personalized skin treatments, considering patients' desire for more precise and safer procedures.
Additionally, Yeon Jin Kim, MD, a member of the Korean Academy of Facelift & Contouring and HIRONIC’s valued partner, conducted a presentation on the representative characteristics of pico lasers and their application in pigmentation treatment and skin rejuvenation procedures for Asian patients. Going over the outstanding technical characteristics of the PICOHI™ laser and demonstrating its clinical effectiveness through the lens of treatment results from her own practice, Dr. Yeon Jin Kim provided the audience with insights into the future of various skin condition treatments with laser technology.
